Evergreen Market

Thought I’d try this place out since my usual spot Starbuds is closed for remodeling. Unfortunately I had a consistently poor experience the few times I visited evergreen market. Staff has almost no cannabis or product knowledge and rely on their iPads for all information and a lot of the information they gave me was plain wrong. Their selection is also very limited and poor quality. I had some very basic questions about strains and I was met with a rude and snippy response from one of the staff who had long fingernails and a puffy jacket. I was polite every time I was there so I’m not sure what their issue is. Never have I experienced such poor customer service at any recreational store. The location looks nice but it’s a thin veneer over the low quality establishment that this store is. There are so many different options in the area that needless to say I’ll never be going back here.

Went in today, what a bummer. I had been going to another one here in Kirkland that I really like, so tried evergreen again. Now I know why I hadn’t been going. First time seeing this employee. It’s been a while, but her name is TOMMIE. What a very rude individual. She must be having a bad day. That shouldn’t even play a factor in this. Please have a chat this this Tommie and let her know that one of those people she snubbed has some connections that might not do well for this location. Heck this might not even get read if she’s the manager. I just can’t stop shaking my head. No explanations, no help with product. She needs to take a customer service class. Passive aggressive in the worst way. Just plain ole fn rude.

GO TO SEATTLE YOU WILL FIND BETTER DEALS THAN ANY DISPENSARY ON THE EAST SIDE!!!!! Not only is this the most complicated dispensary, they also didn’t pull anything out of the case for me to look at before I purchase. I go to the front to pay and the guy throws it all in a bag. I get home and one is full of stems and big leaves. And one jar full of smalls. I’m tired of terrible over priced product when I can buy the same products and same brands (and waaaaay better low-priced brands with great product) for less in the city. Next time I’m in a pinch and on the east side I will just hold off rather than forking over a lot of money for mediocre product. I came here bc of my bad luck with east side dispensaries and I have been to their Renton location. Decent prices and bud tenders were way friendlier and helpful. Not to mention, they were actually getting behind the counter happy to let me look at product! After this experience I will be avoiding this company at all costs.

The store is always clean, looks great, and has great selection. Prices are pretty average and not super high. They have deals though and a nice point system. Only thing is that its pretty hit or miss on the bud tender who helps you. I have had really great experiences there where they are super kind. Then I have had really weird experiences like yesterday where the person seemed...threatened by me? Or shut off? Idk maybe she was having a bad day or maybe I am too much but it went sideways and left me with a pretty weird feeling. I will still go back and hope to just not run into her.

So convenient it's right by my house! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, great selection and small farm programs to support. I can always count on getting some quality at Evergreen Market. If your on a budget they got some great options too! One of my favs is the Majors Infused drink 100mg I drink the whole thing and get way too high everytime but that's my thing and they don't over price it like some other dispensaries! Thanks Evergreen!
